Conference 2009: Final Notification

The 2009 Norman Mailer Society Conference in Washington, DC is fast approaching (October 23 and 24). This Final Notification will include the details you will need to know if you will be attending the 2009 Conference.
The deadline for submitting all 2009 NMS Conference documents is October 13.
Anyone who attends the Conference must be a member of The Society. Please fill out and submit the Membership Dues Form. Included in your membership with be a copy of Issue 3 of The Mailer Review.
Anyone who attends the Conference must complete a Conference Registration Form.
Membership Dues and Conference Registration Fees must be received by Treasurer David Light by October 13.
There will be a Friday evening dinner (limited to 65 people) at the Old Europe Restaurant. This dinner ($35) is optional and is not included in the Conference Registration Fee. A Saturday Box Lunch ($27) will be available; it is optional and is not included in the Conference Registration Fee. If you wish to register for these meals, please complete the Dinner and Box Lunch Selection Sheet.
If you wish to purchase a Friday Dinner and / or a Saturday Box Lunch, the Dinner / Box Lunch Selection Sheet and payment must be received by Treasurer David Light by October 13.
