A memorial for Norris Church Mailer will be held next spring in New York, and another in Provincetown. Times and places will be announced in early 2011. The family has asked that memorial contribution checks be made out to The Mailer Center, and mailed to The Mailer Center, 1115 Broadway, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10010. Donations (tax-deductible) will be divided equally between The Mailer Colony, which Mrs. Mailer co-founded with Lawrence Schiller, and Wilkes University’s MFA Program. She served on the Program’s Advisory Board and gave the graduation address there in June of 2010. Scholarships in her name will be established by both organizations.
