Norman Mailer Society Centennial Conference: Reminders and Updates

Greetings, members of the Norman Mailer Society!

I hope you are all doing well. This is a reminder that paper/panel proposals for our upcoming NMS conference are due December 1st. You can find information about the conference, including the call for papers, registration information, and a link to hotel reservations at http://normanmailersociety.org/con23

Our conference panels and events will be held at the AT&T Hotel & Conference Center in Austin from April 20-22, 2023. We have also secured a room block there, with reduced rates of $209/night. If you know you will be attending the conference and are planning to stay at the conference hotel, I encourage you to book early to guarantee a room, since our block, and ability to expand it, is limited by availability at the hotel.

Please note that if you plan to pay your conference registration and membership fee via Paypal, you do not need to mail in a paper form. Just make sure to include your full name, affiliation, and preferred email in a note with your Paypal payment so we can record it properly. If you have already paid registration and/or membership and would like to verify your payments have been received, please email our Treasurer, Matthew Hinton, at: mhinton2 [at] misericordia [dot] edu.
