Tampa International (TPA) is 27 miles from the resort, and St Pete – Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is 20 miles away.

Conference 2024: Call for Papers
The Norman Mailer Society invites paper proposals for its 21st annual conference to be held at the Sirata Resort on St. Petersburg Beach, FL, November 14–16, 2024. Paper proposals on any aspect of Mailer’s life, work, and legacy are welcome. Topics might include (but are not limited to)

Keynote Speaker

2024 Fees

We ask that all conference presenters be members of the Society. Conference fees will be as follows:

Individual Registration Fee: $150


Student Registration Fee: $75


Guest Fee: $50

Each presenter or moderator may bring one guest who must pay a Guest Registration Fee of $50. The guest does not have to be a member of the Norman Mailer Society.

If someone who is not a presenter or moderator and attends the conference, that person must be a Society member, must pay the respective registration fee, and may still one bring one guest.
